Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers Renzoire Studio engagements — websites, business systems, automation and related project work. renzoire.com does not currently run an online checkout or automated payment system: there is no way to buy or pay for anything directly on this website. Every engagement begins with a conversation via the Contact page and proceeds to a written proposal or contract before any work or payment happens.

2. Deposits and invoicing

Where a project requires a deposit or staged invoicing, those terms are set out in the written proposal or contract for that specific engagement — not standardized on this page. If Renzoire later introduces a single standard deposit structure across all engagements, it will be described here.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling a project in progress is governed by the terms of the written proposal or contract signed for that engagement. That document — not this general page — sets out notice periods, cancellation terms and any obligations that survive cancellation for the specific project.

4. Refund eligibility

Work already performed and delivered is not automatically refundable. Whether any unearned or undelivered portion of a project fee is refundable depends on the written terms agreed for that specific engagement. We do not offer a blanket refund guarantee, and we do not apply a fixed refund window (such as a set number of days) across all projects — refund eligibility is assessed case by case, against the applicable proposal or contract.

5. No live online payments today

Because checkout and payment are not currently processed through this website, there is no online-purchase-specific refund timeline to state here. If and when Renzoire introduces real online payment or checkout functionality, this page will be updated to reflect the actual terms that apply to it — this page is not a placeholder promise of terms that don't exist yet.
